Come and Join our Growing Team of Call Center Customer Service Agents!!

Call Center Customer Service Agents are one of the first impressions for our customers for the company they are calling. You will be assisting with customer service and technical support for cell phones and internet services. Position will have opportunities for sales, but this will be a minimum part of the position. We are a growing company with opportunities to be promoted within a variety of positions.

515 Oakland RD. Spindale, NC 28160

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 11:30 am to 8:30 pm

Requirements

· A great attitude and desire to deliver best in class wireless service.

· Willingness to learn about computers and the latest technology.

· Have a willingness to make sure all callers are happy with their experience

· Be comfortable working in a fast pace and evolving company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Comfortable using MS Office and Windows‐based applications

Previous experience in either a customer support or sales position

Strong Phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment and work independently or within a group

Ability to interact with all customers

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Good data entry and must type at least 35 wpm

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Pay Benefits:

Bi- Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit available

Pay after training will be $15.00 an hour

We are also offering a $800.00 sign on bonus
