QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume call center environment required
- Proven De-escalation skills
- Strong Microsoft Office and 365 skills strongly preferred
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Bilingual experience a plus
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Accurate typing skills, database entry, and legible handwriting
- Good sense of direction, the ability to use mapping software, and understanding of geographic locations
