What is the Collections Specialist role?

You’ll be the front line of our debt collection business playing a key role across the business. You'll be a problem solver, so if you're curious and motivated to find answers, then this is the job for you! You'll be given a portfolio of accounts where you will be spending your time investigating leads to locate customers and negotiating with customers in an attempt to find a suitable repayment plan for them.

What's in it for you?

You don't need prior collections experience. You could be currently working in retail, fast-food, hospitality or trades. Our targets are achievable and we will give you all of the training required. • $19 an hour (includes a monthly attendance bonus of up to $240 for just showing up), plus an uncapped bonus system!
• No weekends! Schedule M - F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• Some experience working towards deadlines, sales targets or KPIs in a previous role.
• Clear and confident communicator with the ability to persuade or influence people.
• We work hard and at a fast pace, so being results focused is a must.
• Competitive personality, getting a kick out of competing with other teams to earn great bonuses!
• Respectful and empathetic towards customers life situations is a must.
