Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Inbound and Outbound call center environment
• Manages all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments and follow up on leads.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to all our Potential patients by utilizing all job aids, scripting and tools provided.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with our potential patients through open and interactive communication.

Customer Service Representative Requirements and qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have Call Center or Customer Service Experience
• Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills as well as a good analytical ability
• Motivated results driven professional, detailed oriented
• Able to work comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.
