Call Center Representative
Job description
Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County is seeking Call Center representatives located in our Poughkeepsie office. Qualified candidates will have STRONG customer service skills. Prior experience in a medical office setting is helpful but not required. Prior medical office experience including knowledge of insurances, data entry and patient scheduling is desired but willing to train candidates with the right base skills. Candidates must be willing to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Appointment Scheduling
Patient Registration
Insurance verification
Individual must be willing to have direct interaction with patients and have basic computer skills. Competitive salary and benefits are available.
