As a Digital Call Center Specialist, you'll be the face of Probe CX's client in the North American market, providing world-class customer service to our valued customers.
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Digital Call Center Specialists. If you are outgoing, fun-loving, have a friendly demeanor, and have at least 1 year of call center experience, this might be the PERFECT opportunity for you!
Your Key Responsibilites:
- Responding to customer service inquiries
- Updating customer accounts with appropriate notes and details
- Escalating critical issues to team leaders when required
- Ensuring the communication flow process is followed as per the QA guidelines
What We Need From You:
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma
- Able to pass a employment, criminal and credit background checks
- Available Monday through Friday 40+ hours a week.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time
- Excellent customer service knowledge and skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships
- Efficient and accurate typing ability (minimum 40 WPM)
- Attention to detail
What We Would Like to Offer You:
- Salary: $15.34 per hour
- Full-time employment
- Start Dates: Mid-June 2023
- Work on-site at a new, lively and engaging call center in Lewisville, TX.
