Grow your career as a Call Center Supervisor within Inclusive Collection, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for building a strong team of individuals through coaching and development to execute premium service delivery. This role is responsible to engage with team members to meet and/or exceed specific quality service metrics. Supervisors ensure customer/resort contacts (phone and e-mail) are answered and completed within our service level goal through ongoing coaching and development of the team. The Call Center Supervisor provides support to customers/call center agents to assist with creation of new reservations.

A successful Call Center Supervisor will:

• Develop and coach team members to meet and exceed expectations
• Manage and resolve escalated pre-travel issues while balancing the needs of the business
• Provide team members with timely feedback including performance metrics & progressive disciplinary action
• Support calls and case load when volume is high
• Conduct training/coaching sessions to increase productivity, enhance morale, and foster accountability
• Conduct performance reviews to evaluate productivity and recognize achievement
• Provide team with regular performance updates and provide feedback

A successful Call Center Supervisor will have:

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years’ experience in leadership within Call Center Operations, Travel or Sales.
• Required proficiency in all Microsoft applications, (emphasis on Excel)
