Camp Shady Brook, a branch of the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region, is a residential camp and retreat center located about 70 minutes northwest of Colorado Springs. We are currently searching for staff for the Spring of 2023.

Camp Shady Brook is looking for a Program Coordinator to assist the Associate Executive Director in providing quality programs that are safe, fun and encourage guests to grow and learn in a supportive environment for our Spring Season. This position will help develop outdoor education programs for students and provide a high level of customer service to private retreat groups. This position will also assist in the supervision of the Spring shoulder season program staff, ensuring that program goals are met.

MINIMUM CRITERIA FOR CANDIDATES:

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
• 2 years previous camp experience preferred
• Experience working in a customer service field preferred
• Previous outdoor education experience preferred
