Cannabis Cultivator

Fig Farms is now hiring an indoor cannabis cultivator to work in our flower rooms and nursery. Our team is genuinely dedicated to growing unique flowers to the very best of our ability. You will be working with seasoned growers that are passionate and hardworking. You will learn our specific techniques in the garden by following our SOPS and training with our staff members. We have had the honor of taking home several awards for best indoor flower at the Emerald Cup 2022 awards and made the High Times front page August 2022. Experience (Preferred but not required)
Ability to take successful clones
Proven record of healthy plants
Experienced in transplanting and potting plants
Canopy management and mom pruning skills
Team player mentality
Reliable full-time availability
Job Includes:
Cleaning / sanitation
Transplanting
Inventory / supply management
Filling out forms for Metrc
Daily checklist
Defoliation
Harvesting
Applying Trellis
Flipping / filling flowing rooms
Affixing metrc tags to individual plants
Following strict biosecurity protocols, maintaining sanitation of tools and person
Scouting for and reporting any pests and pathogens
Mis. garden tasks
Nursery:
Clone Cutting
Managing Veg room
Managing Mom room
Watering young plants
Overall:
This is a labor intensive job: Standing, squatting, extending yourself for long periods of time
Being able to pick up 10 - 20 lbs at a time
Working at a fast pace under warm / humid environments
MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.
MUST HAVE 2 YEARS Experience

Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
