POSITION AVAILABLE: Canvassing Manager / Sales Manager
WHERE: Allstate Exteriors, LLC in London, Ohio
Sales Manager Duties:
- Recruit, train, onboard and mentor new Canvassers and sales representatives.
- Memorize and recite sales scripts and statements prepared and provided by Allstate Exteriors.
- Train and develop new canvassers and sales representatives on scripts and being successful generating leads at the door.
- Go door-to-door to introduce Allstate Exteriors offers and set appointments for the sales team.
- Follow-up with potential leads and ensuring the canvassing team is actively following up and scheduling appointments.
- Demonstrate a vast knowledge of our exteriors services including Roofing, Siding, gutters, and exterior restoration.
- Get information, such as contact details and signatures, from potential leads and clients for follow-up.
- Confidently answer questions and rebuff excuses to meet objectives
- Use Canvassing and door to door CRM applications to track leads, appointments, and the overall success of the canvassing team.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly quotas for lead generation and sales.
- Scout residential neighborhoods for storm damage and for opportunities to generate leads.
- Hold the canvassing team accountable for meeting goals and quotas.
- Distribute door hangers and fliers to generate additional leads and sales.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
