We are hiring Site Leaders/Shift Leaders to join our team at our friendly team and fun outdoor atmosphere! Our employees take pride in their work and strive for excellence ensuring that customers have the best experience each time they visit our car wash.

Job Requirements:

• MIMINUM 3 - 5 Years’ Mgt. Experience in Car Wash, Franchise operated business or Restaurant /QSR
• Troubleshooter with a passion to work with heavy equipment
• Must have bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, self-confidence, and personal/professional maturity
• Aptitude towards leading, coaching, developing employees.
• Experience working in high pace environments where 75 – 200 customers are served per hour
• Be enthusiastic; Must enjoy working with people indoors and outdoors
• Carwash, Restaurant or Hospitality management experience is a plus
• Be available to work on both weekend days and evening
• On feet 90% of day serving customers and team; frequent walking, bending/kneeling, and to move supplies.
• Pass background check and positive endorsement of previous employer(s).

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently with frequent communication between yourself and customers/employees.
• Perform daily opening and/or closing duties with comprehensive and detailed approach to documented procedures and checklists.
• Interview, hire, train and manage staff to run the daily operations including preparation of Schedules, Cash management, ensuring coverage for all the shifts
• Manage employees to company standards; Emphasis is HOSPITALITY, SPEED, & QUALITY
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly Preventative Equipment Maintenance.

• Handsome commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

• Middletown, DE 19709: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
