Position Overview
Due to the impacts of COVID, the job market is rapidly changing, and students are in need of greater job preparation support. Students have identified that COVID has changed their intended career focus and/or the workforce needs for their chosen profession has changed because of the pandemic. These changes for students include the desire to serve others and/or the desire to identify a vocation that allows for more work/life balance. Additionally, the workforce changes include the need to work remotely as well as how positions are hired. Students are in need of better training and support to adjust to a virtual hiring process.
