Bayport of Fort Walton Beach is an upscale assisted living and memory care community in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, just a few miles north of the Gulf of Mexico coast. Our community offers the finest senior living experiences, exquisite cuisine, and a warm atmosphere for those calling or wanting to call this beautiful area home.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Caregiver. The incumbent will be responsible for successfully executing the tasks including a short list of key responsibilities, as well as all other duties assigned. Demonstrates and promotes a culture that embraces compassion, character, and commitment to every individual in the workplace. Dedicated to providing the best heartfelt care and services to our residents and their families.

Schedule: Full-time 12-hour shift, days will vary, weekend availability

Rate of pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour depending on experience. Competitive shift differential for overnight shifts

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening
