PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meal preparation & clean up
• Provides medication reminders
• Light housekeeping & laundry
• Works towards goals for ILS/IHFS clientele
• Provides patient transportation to Dr. appointments, community activities & shopping
• Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing & feeding
• Documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid drivers license, car insurance and reliable vehicle.
• Diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
