Fedelta Home Care - Portland is a growing In Home Care company seeking and experienced caregiver with dementia and personal care experience.

Essential job duties include, but are not limited to:
Meal preparation
Stand-by assistance
Medication reminders, assistance or administration
Companionship (playing games, going for walks, engaging in conversation, etc.)
Light house chores
Showering, bathing, grooming assistance

Schedule:
YOU CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE!
Short shifts (4-7 hours)
Long shifts (8+ hours)
Overnight shifts!
Day Shifts!
Weekend shifts!

Pay/Compensation:
Base rate of $19.50 - $23 per hour, depending on experience
Up to $5 additional per hour in differentials!
$150 sign-on bonus!!

GENERAL TASKS:
Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, oral hygiene, and other activities of daily living
Prepares meals and does some light housekeeping for the client
Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, food and fluid intake, and output and weight, as directed.
Monitor patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise.
Completes all documentation necessary in a thorough and timely manner
Helps patients care for themselves
Records patient information by making entries in the patient journal; notifying nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions.
Must have weekend availability.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous caregiver experience a plus
Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Candidate must be able to speak/read English and follow directions
Candidate must have a smartphone
This position requires you to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
