Key Responsibilities

● Assist in creating a work environment that reinforces Home Instead values.

● Assist the with the on-boarding process for new hires.

● Conduct New Hire introductions with their first client after orientation.

● Perform additional visits if needed to client’s home at request of Home Instead or Care Pro

● Care Pro Connections: Weekly follow ups on new hires for the first 90 days (Calls, letters, notes, etc.)

● Demonstrate open and effective communication with care pros, clients, family members, colleagues, and franchise owners

● Maintain accurate records and documentation of Care Pro visits

● Assist with employee engagement events, activities, and rewards, and recognition programs to create a highly engaged culture in which care pros feel seen, valued, and heard.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High school graduate required.
• Must have a positive mindset.
• One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and up to date car insurance.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and occasional weekends.
• Degree in HR or other related field preferred.
• Caregiving Experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
