Carpenter

Summary

The Carpenter position at Smithouse requires a multi-talented individual. The Carpenter effectively completes hands-on production and managerial tasks. An effective Carpenter consistently meets the Company Carpentry Principles and understands basic managerial concepts and methods necessary for supervision and coordination of labor forces on individual projects.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential construction

- General knowledge of all facets of residential construction including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, roofing, siding, drywall, and interiors

Hours:

Full time, M-F 7:30am – 4pm

Compensation:

Hourly rate – commensurate with experience

Paid Time Off:

Starting at 2 weeks
