At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community based services. A COA Accredited Agency, CMCS has provided services in locations throughout Westchester and Rockland Counties, as well as the Bronx and Manhattan since 1946.
Staff members at CMCS are our greatest asset! We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Case Aide for our Family Foster Care program. As a Case Aide you will provide casework and administrative support within the Family Foster Care program to ensure quality service delivery for the children and families of Cardinal McCloskey Community Services. The Case Aide will assist families in applying for housing and shelter placement, facilitate parent to parent meetings, and attend ACS Transitional Meetings and Family Team Conferences for cases in assigned unit as needed.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Child Welfare Experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid and clean New York State Driver’s License required.
- The ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
