HMEA is seeking a Family support worker (FSW), to work with families who have a child eligible for the Department of Developmental Services and are in crisis. FSW’s Provide intensive coordination of services and supports while building capacity in families/caregivers to build sustainability.
40 hours/Flexible schedule with some remote options
Minimum Qualifications :
- High School diploma required and relevant experience in the field of Human Services. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel within the region for home visits. Reliable car a must for travel in the Central Mass area.
- Ability to work independently, within teams and accountability are required
- Strong writing and communication skills needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
