A small, critical access hospital located near Waco, Texas has a fantastic opportunity for a RN Case Manager to come and work for their hospital! Great facility, great team and culture to be a part of!

Salary Range: $36-$43/hr DOE

RN Case Manager Duties:

• The RN Case Manager is responsible for the coordination and efficient utilization of health care resources for the provision of quality care for all hospital patients throughout the Continuum of Care.
• The RN Case Manager will facilitate clinically appropriate and fiscally responsible patient care through communication with the treating physicians, and all other members of the health care team.
• 5, 8-hour shifts, M-F

RN Case Manager Requirements:

• RN license
• Minimum 5 years acute clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, with two years of acute inpatient case management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Nursing

• Town is centrally located near Waco, Killeen, Stephenville, and Brownwood
