The Twelve Thirty Club has a unique, part-time/full-time opportunity opening as a support to our Business Manager via operational functions. The candidate should have exceptional customer service skills, be detail oriented, reliable, and be able to maintain confidentiality. This position will begin as part-time.

Someone who enjoys a multi-faceted day! You know that customer service is the driving force in any environment. You have a keen eye for the attention to detail necessary even at that fast pace. You’re able to work independently and have a problem-solving approach to everything you do.
What you’ll Do:
- Typical shift will be Wednesday-Sunday 6PM-2AM-Some flexibility required
- Primary Administrative support to the FOH Managers
- As requested, run financial/other reports
- Complete cash out/tip out process for servers
- Provide administrative support to other key managers
Qualifications:
- Minimum one-year Front of House restaurant experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic computer experience
- Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel
- Google Systems
- Aloha POS preferred, but not mandatory
- Kickfin knowledge a plus but not mandatory
