Everyone on our staff is cross trained and able to work any station.

Job Description:

Are you a hard worker with a passion for serving others? As a Cashier, you are the key role in ensuring our customers see a friendly smile and receive the best service. Conrad’s Grill prides itself on growing and fostering a supportive culture. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the meal they’re craving in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who is willing to jump in, be assertive but also willing to ask questions, and most importantly, remain calm and personable during fast-paced shifts.

Our Cashiers often help with food prep ahead of a big rush, so you’ll have the opportunity to gain some kitchen experience. As part of the team, we want to have all hands on deck to ensure everything is ready for the day’s service, keep all items stocked, and ring up customers as they move through the line.

Requirements:

• No experience necessary! We are willing to train anyone open to learning a new position.
• Availability to work one weekend night shift every week
• Thrives in an extremely fast paced environment
• Ability to work within a team-based environment
• Ability to multitask across different rotational roles
• Provide a welcoming environment and develop quick friendly rapport with customers
• Work the POS along with some kitchen equipment.
