Job description

Sales associates are responsible for ringing up customers at the cash register, preparing items for the sales floor, and stocking shelves. Training will be provided on our systems and procedures.

Must possess the following:

Good customer service skills

Organized and able to multi-task

Be a team player

Good math skills

Responsible

Must have reliable transportation to be on time for shifts

Be at least 16 years of age (under 18 must have working papers from their school and will have restrictions on hours able to work)

Being bilingual is a plus, but not a requirement.

Rate of pay is determined based on skills certified to complete at the store. All employees start at $13. Ability for movement within the store (certified buyers and management positions are open to employees over the age of 18.) Currently hiring for all shifts- weekdays (10am-3/4/5pm), week nights (3/4pm-8) and Saturdays (all shifts, but mostly for shifts between the hours of 12pm and 8pm). Looking to hire 7-10 employees in the next week or so, so ability to start immediately is preferred. Great for parents (during school hours if needed) or high school/college students (we will work around your school schedule)! Paid training is included, so even if you have never had a job or experience, we can train you! We are very flexible with hours and scheduling. Store is open 10am-8pm Monday through Saturday, and is closed on most major holidays and ALL Sundays.
