POSITION TITLE: Cashier/Greeter

Summary:
To welcome guests in a friendly polite way, seat guest, answer the phone, cleanliness of work area, be a team player.
Duties/Tasks:
- Be in proper uniform when on duty.
- Ability to work any day required, including holidays.
- Greet and talk with all guests as they enter the hotel restaurant.
- Escort guests to tables and respond to special requests or complaints.
- Act as host pour and refresh guest beverage as needed.
- Monitors or schedules reservations and supervises dining room seating arranges for parties or special events.
- Clean and set up meeting room as needed.
- Answer restaurant phone.
- Assist front desk if needed (deliver valet, help with guest request, etc.)
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines for restaurant.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Customer service Interpersonal communication
- Ability to be on your feet standing/walking for long periods of time.
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
