***This posting is for an afternoon & graveyard cashier position. We may consider additional time frames in the future. We also give more priority to those who apply in store!

***Description:

To provide efficient and courteous service, up-sell in-store promotions, and receive and process payments on cash register transactions; in addition to maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment at the station.

***Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Minimum of six months general cashier experience (preferred). No experience is also welcomed.
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
• Ability to lift more than 50lbs.
• Able to handle cleaning chemicals and do custodial work (empty inside/outside trash, clean store and restrooms, etc).
• Able to work any time/day that you are scheduled.
• Over 21 years of age preferred due to alcohol and tobacco sales, but minimum requirement of 17 years of age.

***Additional Details

This job is a very basic, entry level occupation that requires little to no experience when hired. The job is very easy, but involves a lot of labor, self-management skills, and some math. It is better suited for individuals who are looking for an extra paycheck or for general work experience. The candidates we are looking for should have a reliable form of transportation, should have the initiative to do things, should always stay busy, and be dependent. We are looking for 1 or 2 candidates who are able to work 2-3 afternoon shifts and one graveyard shift.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
