Job description
CAST seeks an enthusiastic and creative individual to serve as a summer 2023 Americorps Vista in its Marketing & Development Department. The main focus of this position will be assisting our team present our biggest annual fundraiser, the Blast for CAST. Held on July 13, the benefit will draw 350 guests for dining, drinks and dancing plus a silent auction. Responsibilities include assisting with sponsorship fulfillment, organizing the auction, tracking ticket sales, event prep and volunteer management assistance plus data entry and acknowledgements. We work with a fantastic steering committee who the Vista will help support. Assistance with other department tasks may include facilitating other smaller events like Comedy Nights and outdoor concerts at CAST.
