DESCRIPTION:
Required Skills:
- Associates Degree,Certification, and or2 years equivalent work in 3D CAD.
- CATIAexperience preferred.SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD package isacceptable.
- Manufacturing Knowledge preferred: Milling, Grinding, Welding (fabrication of hard tooling).
- FileManagement skills: Input- Output of various file types for manipulation.
- Microsoft Suite skills: Excel, Power Point, Word. Must have
Bonus skill:
- AutoForm nice to have
- Overtime is expected.
- Client Stamping - Die Face Group is seeking an entry levelCAD operator/technician.
- Our department supports both Pre-Production and Production for the successful build of automotive stamping dies within North America.
- CAD operator/technician would utilize CATIA V5 3D modeling software to create/modify 3D surfaces for the purpose of fabricating castings and steels within our local die shop.
- 3D CAD skills include Sketching, Curves (lines/arc/splines), Point Creation, Surfacing (Extrusion, Sweep, Split/Trim, Join/Heal), Filleting, and Analysis.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour
