Rogers Behavioral Health in Sheboygan is excited to announce an opening for a Supportive Living Coordinator (CNA/CBRF Caregiver) in our new Supportive Living Home. Highlights of the role:
- No ADLS - more time to focus on spending your day providing companionship, guidance, and de-escalations techniques to your patients.
- Work with the interdisciplinary team to have successful patient outcomes by reporting and recording patient behaviors, interactions, vitals, and responses to interventions.
- Paid orientation and training provided, receive 3 weeks of formal training including assistance obtaining certifications.
- Great opportunity for students-lots of space to gain more skills or work on your studies while your patients are away for the day/night.
Schedules available:
PRN- M-F
Thurs-Monday Evening/Night hours
Weekend Only 9am to 9pm- benefits eligible!
Weekend Only 1230pm to 1230am-benefits eligible!
Education/Training Requirements:
- Associate degree preferred.
- Must have experience in public or private institutional care for the type of population the residence serves.
- Certified Peer Recovery Specialist certification is required within 30 days of employment start date
- NARCAN certification required during onboarding.
- CPR certification is required to be completed within 30 days of employment start date.
- Hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and have a good driving record.
- Successfully pass the Caregiver Background Check.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
- Must be able to complete 2 weeks of full-time training that occurs during normal business hours.
- Training is located in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. Reimbursement for travel expenses will be provided.
