The Senior Care Banking group advises professional operators of sophisticated and experienced Continuing Care Retirement Community, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing organizations. The industry has experienced significant growth which is expected to increase as positive demographic trends play out over the next 20 years. Our team includes over 50 teammates and partners specifically dedicated to the industry including Coverage Bankers, Portfolio Managers, Risk Managers, and product (Syndicated & Leveraged Finance, Financial Risk Management, Public Finance, Agency Origination, Investment Sales, Wealth, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc). Senior Care Banking currently has over 200 clients, $8B in credit commitments, and is seeking an Associate to help facilitate its rapid growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Plays an integral role in supporting new business development, due diligence, and/or transaction execution
- Under limited supervision, performs tasks assigned and managed by senior staff, including drafting internal and external documents and marketing materials, modeling, due diligence, executing transactions, as well as working with clients, attorneys, investors, interested parties and/or other senior professionals on a day-to-day basis
- Generates ideas and develops an independent point of view in support of the structuring of client solutions
- Conducts industry, market, and company research leveraging senior staff, product partner relationships, and internal data resources
- Manages and tracks marketing efforts, revenue reporting, and pipeline
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of related work experience
- Significant competitive drive, high work ethic, proven self-starter, team-oriented
- Mastery of financial and accounting concepts to facilitate the creation of financial models
- Excellent analytical and written/verbal communication skills
- Advanced leadership and sales skills
