North American Staffing group is currently hiring a CCP Analyst in the city of Torrance, CA, for a Large Automotive Company.This is a hybrid position, the CCP Analyst will be required to work onsite 2-3 days and work remote 2-3 days.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Job Description:
1. CCP Analyst will be providing support to the Auto & Powersport division & directly responsible for the maintenance of company's Customers and dealers.
2. CCP Analyst provides origination, directions and services to customers and dealers.
3. CCP Analyst serve as a Liaison with all levels of dealerships and company personnel to answer questions, provide guidance and resolve any issues.
4. CCP Analyst will be the main point of contact to enroll all new customers and dealers.
5. CCP Analyst are required to send paperwork to new customers, audit and pinpoint any missing information and ensure all paperwork follows compliance polices and procedures.
Requirements:
AA Degree or a min of 2 years of college education
Able pay attention to detail
Min of 2 years of Customer service experience
Min of 2 years experience working with Microsoft word, excel & Outlook
Capability of working onsite & remote
Pay Rate: $20-20.44/hour- Weekly Pay Plus Benefits & 401k.
