Over The Road Mentor
Job Description:
- Over the Road Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance to the state and local laws per policy
- Mentors get paid for all the miles the truck moves and make extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives.
Delivery Locations:
- 48 lower states
Schedule:
- Home Time: 3-4 Days every 3-4 Weeks
Compensation:
- Mileage Pay Split: Avg $1,550 per week up to $2,500 per week
- Mentor and Network Bonuses
- Safety Bonus Incentives
Equipment:
- Company provided sleeper trucks pulling 53' trailers.
- All trucks are automatic transmissions. Top of the Line Equipment.
