Landmark Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry, who owns and operates unique and iconic venues such as the Liberty House, Stone House, the Ryland Inn, and Crave Events in New Jersey as well as Hotel Du Village and the Logan Inn in Pennsylvania. Landmark Hospitality specializes in upscale restaurants, event spaces and boutique hotels is growing and has exciting opportunities available for the right individuals.
We are currently looking for Groundskeeper/Maintenance workers to join our team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs tasks common to the care of grounds and landscapes.
- Washing windows, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning facility restrooms and general cleaning
- Performs general maintenance and repairs by removing trash and debris from public areas on a daily basis.
- Prepares outdoor locations for use by visitors, vendors, and the public as needed.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Experience: At least two years of experience in groundskeeping is desired.
Requires the ability to lift and carry groundskeeping supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis, prolonged walking or standing, and frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Employees in this job classification are designated as essential employees and must report to work as scheduled when the venue may be closed due to severe weather.
