The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) believes in the transformational power of work, and our vision is that anyone with a criminal record who wants to work has the preparation and support needed to find a job and to stay connected to the labor force. VISTA Members at CEO will support national efforts seeking to change the status quo for individuals returning home from incarceration. Central VISTA Members will conduct market research and create a program design for resource development, partnership development, and program innovation activities.
Member Duties : The Inclusive Hiring & Data Integrity VISTA role will be supporting inclusive hiring and data management efforts for the entire organization. This role requires a strong research mind, self-initiative and a genuine curiosity towards problem-solving. Responsibilities include: team-specific research, program innovation related to best practices for increasing organizational capacity, cultivation of new partnerships, funders, and other barrier-removing resources for participants.
