CEP Compression Sportswear (medi USA,) is currently looking for a CEP Customer Service Representative. This position will report directly to the CEP Director of Marketing & Operations for the USA and work directly with CEP team.
Duties include:
Qualifications
- Extreme attention to detail – i.e., attention to special discounts, terms, ship dates, etc.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Education and/or Experience
- Associates degree
- 4-6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
