We're a small family owned business that has been in around for over 10 years. We make professional ceramic massage therapy tools at our home-based shop in Gig Harbor WA. You can see our products at www.SynergyStone.com
We're hiring one to two people for shipping, kiln loading/unloading, inspecting/detailing/organizing newly fired pieces, sanding and restocking. This job is part time with potential for more hours if wanted. Meaning that the hours required vary day to day, but will at least be 20 hr's/ week. Shift starts at 9am. $17/hr to start with room to earn more with excellent job performance.
- This job requires sitting and standing, lifting up to 30#'s and working on your own after training.
- When shipping out new orders you'll often need to be creative when packing items in a presentable way.
- Attention to detail is a must. Good eyesight is needed. Dexterity and hand-eye coordination are needed.
- You must be English speaking, computer literate and punctual.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- After training, this is very much a solo position. Will working much of the time on your own be okay for you?
- Our Shop is home-based. Meaning that you will be working in a shop connected to our home. Our home is not within walking distance to any conveniences.
No cell phone use allowed while clocked in. No smoking/drug use allowed on premises.
