Carlyle Senior Care of Florence is currently seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) for our 88-bed skilled nursing and long term rehabilitation center. The CDM is responsible for directing and supervising all functions of the food service department in keeping with nutritional guidelines, facility policies/procedures, and food service budget. This includes purchasing and maintaining food inventory, keeping records and compiling reports concerning food operations and maintaining regulatory compliance while directing food service employees.
