BestNest Management is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant, CMA, to work in a State Correctional Facility in Vacaville, CA. All applicants must have 1 year of experience. NHA IS NOT ACCEPTED!

1 year of experience within the last three (3) years as MA (Required)
Active MA certificate with AAMA, AMCA, CCBMA, AMT, or NCCT (Required)

BLS (American Heart Association) (Required)

Job Details

Full-Time Contract: 6 months (possible extension for a longer term)

Pay Rate: $25.00

Schedule:Mon-Fri 7a-3:00pm

Weekly payroll - Direct Deposit and Paid Sick time

This is a great opportunity for a temp to perm state position with exceptional state benefits should one open up. Entitled to 401k, Pension, Health benefits, PTO, etc.

Responsibilities:
-Use medical equipment safely

-Administer intradermal, subcutaneous, and intramuscular injections and skin tests

- Administer prescribed medications topically, sublingually, and orally

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour
