Healthcare Custodial Associates, LLC is hiring for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to service Rockford Illinois area.

We are looking for someone who can provide outstanding patient care and support on a daily basis.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide compassionate care and assistance. The ideal candidate will spend time interacting directly with patients, rounding and monitoring behavioral health adult and adolescent patients.

The ideal candidate will relate well as an advocate for patients through conversation and interaction to improve the patient’s experience while at our facilities.

Shift/Schedule:

• 3x12 hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Qualifications:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

• Healthcare Provider BLSCPR Certification through AHA (Required)

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
• CNA Registered State of Illinois

• One Location

Are you:

• Customer service orientated
• A Certified Nursing Assistant- CNA and worked as a Nursing Assistant Registered, or worked as a Travel CNA contractor/Travel CNA.
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward patients and other staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Night shift

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All contractors are required to wear masks and provide proof of covid shots as well as Flu shot.

• CNA: 1 year (Preferred)
