Base wage, shift differential and year of experience determine starting wage. Posted is lowest wage/hour upon hire.
C.N.A. Required Qualifications:
Must be 16 years of age or older
Must be listed current on the WI Nurse Aide Registry
Pass a caregiver criminal background check
Have covid vaccination or approved exemption from Administration
C.N.A. Skills:
- Respond immediately to the resident’s needs in accordance with the individual plan of care, or as directed by charge nurse.
- Provide direct resident care and assistance in ADL’s to include bathing, dressing, hygiene care, toileting, etc.
- Charting
- Performs utility work in order to provide for resident’s comfort and neatness/cleanliness of the facility.
- Assist in transporting residents to meals, activities, church, therapies, and beauty shop as needed..
