Position: Certified Packer (Temp to permanent )

Location: Beech Island, SC, 29842

Duration: 03 months contract with (higher extension possibilities)

40 hours a week

Pay Rate: $14.00/hr. on W2 without benefits.

Position Description :

• The goal is for them to be hired on Full Time permanent role with the client after completing their required 480 hours as a GG contractor.

Job Description:

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Stable work history (preferred)
• Standing, lifting, twisting and bending abilities
• Must be able to walk 2+ miles per day
• Ability to stand for entirety of an 8-hour shift (with two 30 min breaks) or a 12 hour shift (with three 30 min breaks)
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 35lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout the day
• Availability to work overtime if needed
• Hand pick and stack finished product
• Label and count finished inventory
• Sort damaged case goods and re-packing materials to meet quality standards
• Supply required WIP material to support department-specific packaging
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Keep track of parts and materials and refill bins needed to perform duties

Hours:

• (10pm - 6am) could be various days of the week, option to volunteer for OT if they would like
• The goal is for them to be hired on FT with the client after completing their required 480 hours as a GG contractor.
• Candidates MUST complete all background screenings prior to starting on assignment/ attending orientation and training.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
