Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
Job description
Tri State Community Health center is looking to hire a Certified Peer Support Specialist who will provide support to peers experiencing mental health and substance use disorders, support with recovery efforts and help peers develop skills that promote self-determination, personal responsibility and empowerment and assist during group counseling sessions, assist with outreach and appointment reminders and support the Behavioral Health Department as needed.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED and Peer Recovery Certification
Part Time - 30 hours a week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.08 - $16.08 per hour
