CFC Service Coordinator - Early Intervention
Job description
Program: Child and Family Connections, Early Intervention
Location(s): Arlington Heights, working with families in the area. Able to work from home a couple days a week.
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 40 hrs / week
Pay: $38,000 - $40,500 / year depending on education and experience, plus full -time benefits package
Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative opportunities and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Service Coordinator assists and enables a child who is eligible for Early Intervention services and the child's family to receive rights, procedural safeguards, and services that are authorized under the State of Illinois' Early Intervention Program.
Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in human services, behavioral science, social science, or health related field
- Experience working with children (birth - age 3) with developmental delays
- Case management experience is preferred
