When you join our team as a Teacher you will:

• Program is from is held before and after school. Flexible split shift schedule. In Lake Forest, currently there is After School Only programs. Subject to change and depending on your availability, you can also report to other surrounding Champions sites for more hours.

• Implement Champions curriculum to engage students for extended learning.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and communicate with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your site's success; partner with site staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, quality, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school principals, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.

Experience:
