Role Description
The Charts Operation Executive will apply outstanding product research insight and technical support to clients, management and colleagues ensuring that data accuracy and deadline driven delivery targets are met.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

To provide administrative assistance to the team

To apply an understanding of the principles of both the product research and technical requirements of the production of consumption based charts and analysis in the home entertainment industry

To expand technical skillset to encompass the loading, interrogating, cleansing and aggregating of data
-
To understand the value of producing timely and accurate reports and information for our client
-
To contribute to improvements in the processes of the business
-
To liaise with the Charts Business Analyst to ensure updates to procedures are documented
-
To deliver excellent client service that helps to build effective relationships with external stakeholders
SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Build positive client relationships
To promote strong business relationships with our direct charts partner and our industry, retailer and media stakeholders
Team collaboration and connections

To perform as a team member by building meaningful collaborative relationships whilst also developing the ability and confidence to engage in independent working and issue resolution

To build connections with other departments and teams where appropriate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Excellent communication skills

Good literacy and numeracy skills

Attention to detail

Able to work to strict deadlines

Ability to work some non-standard hours (weekends on a rota basis)

Interest in music and video entertainment

Experience in SQL desirable

Analytical and inquiring mindset

Ability to communicate in French (written and spoken) desirable but not essential
