A childcare professional at Everbrook Academy promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under his/her care and works collaboratively with their classroom team to create an environment of engagement and learning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Works collaboratively with the education team to create fun and interactive learning experiences.
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
- Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet or be pursuing state requirements for education (Students working on education encouraged to apply! Tuition assistance available.)
- Must pass a DCYF Background Check
- Must Provide a recent TB test
- Must provide documentation of MMR Immunization
- Must have and maintain a current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler Certification
