The MA Clinical Coordinator will prepare the patients to be evaluated by the physicians, facilitates procedures and coordinates patient cycles, including maintenance of patient charting. The MA Clinical Coordinator, under direct supervision of the physicians and the Registered Nurse Coordinators, will be responsible for coordination of TI, IUI, IVF, and ET/FET cycles. Will consistently demonstrates professional skills and abilities, utilizing their knowledge base and skill sets to promote the highest quality of patient care, while maintaining a positive, caring, and professional attitude.

The MA Clinical Coordinator will also provide support to Senior Coordinator and team for oversight of case management of TI, IUI, IVF, and ET/FET Cycles for Patients. Will be responsible to maintain a wide variety of spreadsheets to track data and then be able to sort and provide reports as requested. Will proactively follow-up and make appropriate phone calls and send emails to gather information needed for patient cycles. Will keep the Senior Coordinator, Physician, and Supervisor, up-to-date on case management issues regarding patient cycles. Consistently demonstrate professional skills and abilities both in writing and verbally to utilize knowledge base and skill sets to promote the highest quality of patient interaction, as well as. Will be responsible to handle all other tasks and projects as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum three years experience in a medical office setting.
  • Physical ability to satisfactorily perform all indirect patient care functions.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and HIPAA Compliance.
  • Charting and documentation.
  • Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, staff, physicians and other external contacts.
  • Maintain quality control standards and tracking projects.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Bilingual Chinese is highly preferred.
