- Support the technical discovery of Cisco’s EA offerings
- Responsible for the qualification of Cisco EA leads
- Consult directly with SHI customers and uncover business requirements and outcomes
- Build out cost analysis for Cisco EA opportunities
- Define and present ROI to the customer based on the proposed solution
- Generate and present proposals to the customer during the sales cycle
- Maintain a pipeline of Cisco EA opportunities
- Quote Cisco EA solutions
- Transition customers to appropriate post sale Cisco Customer Success Manager
- Demonstrate leadership to ensure that the SHI’s recommended enterprise solutions are comprehensive, achieve customer expectations and meet customer business needs and planning
- Deliver a world class customer experience according to SHI standards
- 5 years working experience with selling and / or consulting on Cisco software in at least one of these architectures:
- Collaboration
- Security
- Networking
- Datacenter
- Experience working in complex IT sales opportunities
- Deep understanding of Cisco software and portals
- Deep understanding of the Cisco sales industry
- Ability and desire to work within a team environment, and at times independently
- Proactive mindset
- Sales mentality
- Commitment to customer services and being ridiculously helpful
- Strong sales skills and talents required
- Highly organized individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Listening skills with the ability to accurately receive and interpret information
Unique Requirements:
- Travel nationally, up to 25%
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
