Your day.

As a Citrix Administrator you need to know how to:

• Deploy, configure, manage, automate, monitor, document, and troubleshoot of Citrix and related information systems technologies to support 24x7 operations.
• Maintain server disaster recovery capabilities in accordance with IT industry standards and organizational needs. Assists in reviewing, testing, and documenting effective high availability and restoration methodologies.
• Make recommendations for improvements, optimizations, adoption of new features and services that will increase cost effectiveness and infrastructure flexibility in support of the business requirements.
• Assist with communicating and enforcing technology standards.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical operational issues and events. Provides the final tier of SCL Health technical support.
• Knowledge of the company's existing IT architecture and technology portfolio.
• Lead, monitor, and control medium to large scopes of work.
• Participate in change management responsibilities including presentation, justification, compliance with ITIL and established change procedures.
• Coordinate and manage vendor relationships for on time product and service delivery to ensure work is performed to SCL standards.

Your experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field like computer science or information systems, preferred
• Industry certifications in Citrix technologies, VMware or Cloud technologies such as GCP, Azure or AWS, preferred
• Three (3) years of Citrix technologies, required
