This management role will be responsible for all functions of running an office including supervision and oversight, coordinating office needs, budgeting, forecasting, recruiting and retention, client management, and marketing/business development.

Qualifications for this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed in Oregon as PE (Professional Engineer)
• 10 or more years of experience as a Project Manager focused in utility/municipal engineering work
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Strong interpersonal relations on all levels
• Experience with design and modeling is preferred

Responsibilities will include:

• Management of office and staff
• Supervise, coach and mentor team members
• Manage relationships and coordinate with clients
• Project Management for various public agency projects
• Contribute to marketing for acquiring new work and contracts
• Coordination and management of subconsultants
• Attend public meetings, forums, and open houses to present project details and gather public input
