As a vital member of the Risk Management Team, the Claims Coordinator is responsible for retrieving and processing documents related to Fox auto claims.

You will:

• Download documents from the website and enter them into the database
• Cross-check documents for missing or conflicting information
• Phone and email communication with rental locations, operations, customers, and vendors
• Follow up with stakeholders to assignment completion
• Resolving customer disputes and billing inquiries
• Organizing, filing, and scanning documents
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Data entry and systems (database) experience required
• Minimum of one year of experience in an office environment
• Minimum of one year of experience interacting with different levels in an organization
• Previous experience in claims, insurance, or risk management department preferred
• Experience with a rental car company is a plus, but not a requirement
